If you want to change size or are not satisfied with the garment you ordered, no problem! Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
You can request a size change or a refund of the products ordered in a single solution.
To make the return you simply have to:
- send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating NAME, SURNAME, ORDER NUMBER, ITEMS THAT ARE INTENDED TO RETURN and THE DESIRED COMPENSATION: size change, color change or refund;
- print the email, insert it in the package and send it via a courier of your choice / Poste Italiane to: Siguelsol Bikini, Carrer de Sant Pau 88, TERCERO, 08001, Barcelona
The only expenses to be incurred are those of returning the purchased products. Only in the case of defective products, size errors by Siguelsol or damaged items, the return costs are borne by Siguelsol, which will send the courier to collect the package.
The shipping costs of the item sent in replacement are in any case PAID BY Siguelsol.
Once your return has been received, Siguelsol reserves thirty days to provide a refund and two days to arrange the exchange. In case of unavailability of the requested size, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Only return requests that meet the following requirements will be accepted:
- that the items and packaging are in their original condition
- that the items have not been washed or used;
- that the items have the original label;
In the event that an item does not meet one of the listed requirements, you will not be entitled to a replacement or refund. In this case the returned item will be returned to you, with the shipping costs at your expense.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

REFUND POLICY FOR DISCOUNTED OR BALANCED ITEMS
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded, only exchanged.
