RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you want to change sizes or are not satisfied with the item you ordered, no problem! Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
You can request the return of the products ordered in a single solution.
Contact us at hello@siguelsol.com writing "Return" or "Exchange" and your order number in the subject, explain the reasons for your return and we will give you all the instructions to proceed with sending the product.
The only costs to be borne are those of returning the purchased products. Only in the case of defective products, sending the wrong size or damaged items, the return costs are borne by Siguelsol, which will send the courier to collect the package.
The shipping costs of the replacement item are in any case borne by Siguelsol.
Once we receive your return, Siguelsol reserves thirty days to provide a refund and two days to provide an exchange. In case the requested size is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Only return or exchange requests that meet the following requirements will be accepted:
- that the items and packaging are in their original condition;
- that the items have not been washed or used;
- that the items are provided with the original label;
In the event that an item does not meet any of the requirements listed, you will not be entitled to a replacement or refund. In this case, the returned item will be returned to you, with shipping costs at your expense.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically available to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then try contacting your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time required before a refund is processed.

REFUND POLICY FOR SALE OR BALANCE ITEMS
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, only exchanged.
